Responsibilities:
? Responsible for converting leads into loans.
? Enters all leads into database and maintains follow-up system to work leads.
? Handle inquiries from consumers' responding to advertising.
? Identify the customers needs and provides appropriate loan solutions or advice.
? Responsible for all client contact.
? Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with applicants.
? Keep up to date on changes with rules and regulations pertaining to agency, government, and portfolio mortgages as directed by management.
? Maintain a professional image and standard consistent with company policies and procedures.
? Maintains the working knowledge of all products and programs
? Responsible for ordering Appraisal and Title Abstract at submission.REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
Two years experience in sales with verifiable performance.
Must be a self-starter.
Preferred one-year experience in finance or non-prime lending company.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent analytical/interpersonal/written and oral communication skills.
Effective decision making skills and possess sound judgment.
Basic computer knowledge and capabilities.
Must have excellent time management skills
