Mortgage Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Establish long-term sales goals and sales plan (quotas, etc.) for sales staff
Recruit, hire, and train sales staff
Provide staff with sales, company, and industry knowledge to increase sales of all mortgage-related products
Partner with other departments (finance, marketing, etc.) to develop and coordinate best practices to promote the most efficient and effective sales approach

Proven track record of sales success in the mortgage industry
Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
Superior customer service and communications skills
