AEA’s responsibility is to improve AE productivity, relationship deepening, and customer satisfaction.Individual will provide clerical/administrative support to one or more Account Executives (AE).  Duties may include preparing and distributing marketing materials, fielding general questions and obtaining documents from referral resources, clients, and applicants. An AEA cannot take applications, quote rates, sell products, etc.  AEA will report directly to Sales Manager.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize heavy workload is a must. Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Basic mortgage loan processing helpful
