Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Coordinator

Job Summary:

 

Represent Insight in the local market with property management teams to increase market share and ARPU.  Position will require a strong ability to work through different organizational channels by communicating information, specific goals and objectives in a matrix environment.

 

Essential Functions: 

 Ensure all MDU properties have collateral materials and contact information Work cooperatively with regional and district personnel to ensure penetration level targets are achieved;Negotiate and secure existing and new bulk agreements to include but not be limited to: hotels, hospitals, and MDU?sNegotiate and secure existing and new ROE?s and MDU?sAbility to negotiate contracts.Ability to develop analysis to determine pay back on proposed property deals.Coordinate property events and communications to maximize sales opportunities.  Represent Insight at local vents with MDU Property owners and management groups;  Communicate information concerning the MDU  Properties to ensure the data base is current at all times;Report technical problems to the field fulfillment team to ensure service delivery is without challenges Ensure all property incentives are calculated and paid correctly and in a timely manner, as contractually obligated; Track property promotions to measure the success of the efforts.  Responsible for renewals and new sales.Implement annual rate adjustments (track and fulfill).

 

Qualifications:

  ? High School diploma and a minimum of five years customer service and sales experience. 

? Strong business writing skills and presentation skills required;

? High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required;

? Ability to travel within the local market as necessary and required-daily property visits

? Use of personal vehicle required;

? Must have valid driver?s license from resident state and insurance with company minimum coverage limits.
