recruitingmanager.com, Inc. is currently conducting a search for a National Account Director of Data Licensing (Western US) for the nation?s largest provider of advanced property and ownership information, analytics, and services.  This 800 employee, $200M+ real estate and property data company located in Orange County, CA is a profitable, industry-leading organization belonging to a family of business information companies comprising an $8+B Fortune 500 corporation.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the West Coast Regional VP of Sales, the National Account Director will identify, develop & manage opportunities to license real estate-related property data and online services to commercial entities.  Target clients include resellers, redistributors and end-users within selected industry channels, i.e. Choicepoint, D&B, Equifax, and LandAmerica.

 

-  Identify and develop sales opportunities for data and online services.

-  Drive sales growth for assigned industries, channels, and geographic regions.

-  Form and manage strategic client relationships and business partnerships. 

-  Manage client relationships and grow revenue from assigned account list.

-  Establish & manage key strategic relationships and partnerships for market expansion.

-  Maintain robust pipeline through sales force automation system.

-  Help ensure secure customer data delivery via traditional methods, custom applications, and Internet technologies.

-  Identify customer requirements: data content, delivery, solution features and functions, distribution methods, purchase and provisioning, fulfillment, pricing, billing and servicing.

 

Compensation Plan:

-  To start: $60K base salary, car allowance, and book of business.

-  Ongoing: $60K base salary, sales compensation plan on 91% to 150% scale (total target comp of $110K first year, $125-$140K thereafter), and car allowance.

 

Requirements:

-  5 to 10 years proven successful outside sales experience including contract negotiations, deal closing and lead generation.

-  Strong communication, analytical & presentation skills.

-  Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required.  MBA preferred.

-  Financial Services industry experience.

-  Ability to travel approximately 30% of time.
