National Account Director - West

This key individual is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a U. S. sales and business development strategy for one of Manpower's largest Global Accounts. This person will leverage the U. S. relationships to achieve long and short term profitable sales goals. The Account Director will directly manage the day-to-day sales and account management related activities. In addition, this person will effectively communicate the goals and customer objectives to the entire Manpower team.

QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

College degree in business administration, marketing or related field.

10 years of progressively responsible direct sales experience with at least 5 years successfully selling to and managing large-scale national and or global accounts.

Demonstrated ability to interact, listen, influence and partner with executives and other high-level decision makers and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability as a trusted advisor to these decision makers.
Critical competencies include direct sales skills, influencing and consulting skills, communication skills, business acumen, analytical skills, strategic thinking, project management and innovation.

Highly developed negotiation and persuasion skills

Creative problem solving skills

Excellent follow through, and attention to detail

Strong business, planning, and financial management skills
Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
