National Account Manager

College education in business or MBA.
Min of 7 years of business experience preferably in sales and/or sales support operations.
Experience in developing and executing account management plans.
Candidates must be creative and strategic thinkers, who have demonstrated excellent follow through and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills.

Influencing and negotiation skills.

Experience in developing and supporting long-term client relationships.
Ability to travel occasionally, as necessary.

Work closely with the National Account Director to develop/execute strategic value adding account plans, services and processes that contribute to the growth and success of both the assigned account and Manpower.
Monitor and provide regular reports to the client and Manpower Sales Management on Manpower's performance metrics developed in partnership with the account.
Take immediate action to develop sustainable improvements as problems are encountered.
Make ongoing improvements in targeted processes as identified by regular performance metrics.
Develop and maintain key client relationships that enable Manpower to be the first and only resource considered for new programs/services.
Ensure contract renewals and expansions to all lines of business.
Act as a point of escalation for customer issues in order to respond quickly to their requests.
This person will assist the National Account Director by leading an account management team to meet business growth objectives. This will be achieved by; understanding customer needs, leveraging and furthering business relationships, leveraging best practices
