National Accounts - End User

CITY: Houston STATE: Texas COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Expected to spend a majority of his/her time on activities that result in coordinated sales strategy for strategic Industrial Accounts.
* Secure multi-site MRO agreements for AC, MAC and LAC products through direct influence at key user HQ and site locations.
* Must be able to successfully manage and develop relationships at a high level within a customer organization.
* Manage internal relationships and communicate short and long term industry specification requirements.
* Champion the service performance for the Users in all areas critical to customer satisfaction including maximizing life cycle cost benefits, customer productivity, quality and service.
* Change agent for the customer by leading initiatives that drive improved service (MRO and Project Fulfillment) and achieve recognition at the customer level that GE is an industry leader for their served market.
* Coordinate with all ROMs, REMs and Inside Sales on operational duties associated with the Users, including Project Opportunity Planning, OTR execution, cash collections, claims resolution and field warrantee/quality issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* BA/BS degree in Engineer or minimum 5 years equivalent Industrial motors and/or drives experience.
* Minimum 5 years sales experience.
* Strong technical aptitude.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Project Management skills.
* Ability to work relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Proven record of solutions selling.
* Knowledge of business financials and metrics.

Desired:
* MBA
* Six Sigma qualification.
