The National Accounts Representative position is an excellent point of entry into the organization and a proven path for career growth. The goal of the division is to continually expand the business at The Home Depot and Lowe's, as well as developing the National Accounts Representative professionally. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Bilingual Spanish a must!
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
2-4 years of experience in sales or related field preferred.
Drive to succeed.
Compensation:

Competitive base salary DOE with a $10,000 ($2,500 per quarter) bonus structure.
Company vehicle, cell phone, PDA
Paid professional training
Outstanding benefits, including comprehensive medical and dental insurance, a vision reimbursement program
Reimbursement for internet service
Available Territories:

Boston, MA; Jacksonville, FL; Minnesota, Des Moines, IA; and Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

Your objective will be to promote and increase the sales of our fiber cement Hardiplank siding and Hardibacker products within your territory. You will be expected to be a contributing team member, as teamwork is very important to our success.

Some examples of how to achieve your objectives:
Identify market specific needs including competitive analysis
Employ traditional and “out of the box??? marketing techniques
Work closely with District/Store Manager on high-level projects
Educating your accounts and their customers and contractors on James Hardie products
Identification of qualified contractors that have the potential to be converted to use and promote James Hardie products
Partner with other James Hardie Sales Representative for large events, projects and presentations to large customers.
Properly managing inventory levels to ensure growth
Constantly work to develop yourself and your co-workers
