National Customer Advocate

Ryder’s Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) business segment combines several capabilities into a comprehensive package that provides one-stop outsourcing of the acquisition, maintenance, management and disposal of vehicles.  Ryder?s commercial rental service offers customers a method to expand their fleets in order to address specific or short-term capacity needs.

 

Ryder is seeking a National Customer Advocate who will be responsible for providing operational support to the Customer Development Managers, management of accounts, and assisting with the development of continued and/or additional business opportunities.  The duties of this position include management and regular interaction with assigned accounts allowing the opportunity to proactively identify and address key account issues.

 

Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications:

An Associates degree and/or five years of related experience is required.  Additional requirements of this position include: strong interpersonal ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Candidate must be proficient with computers to include MS Office and Lotus Notes.
