National Print Solution Manager
Responsibilities: Achieve revenue and margin goals on a consistent monthly basis
Activities: Partner with SNA Sales team to sell Business Print Solutions; build selling and customer service relationships with customers that profitably grows Staples Business Print sales; Utilize Staples CRM system on a consistent daily basis to self-manage selling activity, opportunities, strategies, reporting, and communications; Become a valued, actively contributing member to the success of the SNA Area VP team.
Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with Production Center operations partners to assure customer programs and orders are fulfilled accurately, timely, and provide customers with a consistently high level of quality service.
Qualifications: Professionally skilled, disciplined and organized sales professional with ability to sell regional and national Print programs to Staples largest business customers and prospects.
B-to-B sales experience in the copy and print industry, with focus on digital print on demand, corporate identity, commercial print, document management, and related applications.
Dynamic individual who can function at a high level of performance, working in a very fast paced environment, and collaborate with customers, production center operations, SNA sales team, Area Vice Presidents, and support staff.
Successful experience selling, implementing and managing print programs to customers
at the administrative, management, and senior management levels.
Ability to develop winning proposals, collect and analyze data, prepare and contribute to client business reviews that lead to customer retention and profitable sales growth.
Must be effective in the role of print category specialist, working as part of a wider Account service team.
