POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Meet and exceed recruiting goals via telephone and face to face sales meetings
Build positive distribution relationships that result in new recruits sales
Conduct product and process training for New Independent Marketing Organizations
Research sources for prospecting
Conduct outgoing telephone sales campaigns per schedule
Screen, sell and close incoming sales opportunities
Conduct face to face sales meetings per schedule
Communicate results via reports and strong verbal communication
Develop new recruit pipeline to track territorial prospects
Effectively partner with entire Sales Department team
Promote the organization and serve as sales ambassador in all business discussions

Requirements:

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
History of sales using telephone as primary tool- a contingency recruiter is ideal
Strong work ethic, self-reliance and persistent cannot fail attitude.
Ability to perform redundant tasks and pivot to identify sales opportunities.
Desire to be recognized for their efforts
Performs well in a team environment.
