Opportunity:

 As a Sales Account Executive you will join a growing team selling a managed service solution to CFOs, VPs of Store Operations, & Real Estate & Facility executives in multi-location national retailers, restaurants, and banks.  We are looking for bright, aggressive, hunters who want an opportunity to shine, earn a high income, and grow with our company.

 

Key Success Factors:Aggressive in establishing new accounts (hunters only--no farmers need apply!) Successfully taking leads and prospects through the sales cycle to close in a minimum amount of time Strong presentation skills Demonstrated ability to sell at the C level Ability to negotiate and close large projects ($millions+) with diligence Ability to work on own and be self-directed Creativity and quick-thinker Excellent follow-through skills

 

Qualifications:Minimum 7-10 years proven sales success Documented success in quota over achievement Experience in selling to national accounts Documented experience selling to C level clients Proven experience with the Solution Selling? methodology Bachelor?s degree Experience working in a start-up environment Experience in selling a new product/service/concept Able and willing to travel 25% of the time Outsourcing or managed service sales experience Experience selling big ticket services ($500,000 to $1 million+ sized deals) Software or ASP sales experience helpful Strong presentation skills Experience selling into retail construction, facility maintenance, or other ancillary industries an asset Retail, banking, or restaurant experience an asset

 

Compensation & Benefits:
Your drive and performance will be rewarded with a high base salary, plus a very generous compensation package.  You will also receive an excellent employee benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability, paid holidays, and vacation.  Cell phone, laptop, and mileage reimbursement are also provided.  Candidate must live in the Columbus metropolitan area and will work out of our Westerville office.
