The primary responsibility of the New Accounts Director is to grow the business and profitability of Sweet Life Enterprises.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

 

? Development and execution of national account sales strategies, plans, programs and systems, both short and long term, that ensure global objectives.

 

? Establishing and achieving sales quotas and individual account objectives.

 

? Establishes relationships with key customer decision makers to ensure business growth and to respond to customer needs.

 

? Monitors the account growth against forecast, and is continually adjusting to meet global objectives.

 

?Manage and deliver powerful presentations to prospective high profile/volume clients that earn the business.

 

? Represents Sweet Life at industry conferences, tradeshows, events, et al.

 

? Tracks and communicates results.

 

? Travel up to 80%.

 

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

 

?An exceptional sales professional who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and record of success!

 

?BA/BS;

 

?This position requires a seasoned professional (7-10 years of opening national accounts);

 

? A record of superior performance;

 

? Must be an exceptional communicator with a strong team orientation;

 

?  The right person will be able to understand customer goals, listen and recognize buying signals/selling opportunities, and uncover new ways to serve our customer;

 

? This individual must be able to demonstrate the initiative to maneuver through organizational bureaucracy and create relationships with key decision makers;

 

? Strong listening skills.
