Position

Our client relations team is looking for a business development and account manager to lead day-to-day new business development efforts and internal account management of diverse, creative and technology leading programs at our New England office in the Clock Tower Place in Maynard, MA.  This position will be responsible for the identification and development of new client business opportunities.  The ideal candidate will be capable of flourishing in a team-oriented environment and will be adept at identifying key decision makers and quickly articulating value at the senior executive level at small and large companies. If you excel at researching and identifying new business opportunities and understanding the client?s needs, as well as interpreting and developing project needs and strategy, we want to hear from you. 


To succeed at Insight, you will need:

? Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

? Strong business development skills, including the capacity to research new companies, network and develop leads, cold call, present strategic services and properly align with client needs

? The ability to plan and execute project guidelines, including the creation of bids, proposals, project plans, timelines, and agendas

? Impressive presentation skills and a natural ability to think on your feet

? Established project management experience, including a strong knowledge of creative design industries or technical engineering industries

? A proactive approach to account management, including the drive to meet deliverables, budget, and deadline targets

? An energetic, self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and strategic intellect

? Experience selling some kind of technical service and an understanding of the product development process

 

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor?s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years previous experience in a similar position and/or in the product development domain selling some kind of technical services.
