You as a Branch Licensed Financial Consultant will -

* Ensure that in every customer interaction, clients are availed of the full array of banking, investment and insurance services.
* Increase customer satisfaction and retention.
* Sell a full array of traditional bank products, such as consumer lending, small business lending, personal and business deposits.
* Advise customers on the on the purchase of a comprehensive set of packaged investment products, including over 30 proprietary and non-proprietary mutual funds and annuities.
* Be considered the "sales expert" in the branch, and may provide sales coaching and mentoring to other branch employees, primarily on bank products.

Qualifications:
You and your skills -

* A comprehensive knowledge of a complex set of investment products as well as the entire spectrum of bank products
* Proven track record of consistent sales production over an extended period of time, and demonstrated ability to coach others to a higher level of sales productivity
* NASD Series 6, 63, 65 or 66 and State Insurance Licenses
* Registered representative of NatCity Investments and NatCity Insurance Services
* Associate's degree or the equivalent
* Three or more years in banking and financial services, with demonstrated skills in sales, sales coaching and customer service
* Proven track record of consistent investment sales production over an extended period of time. Internal candidates must have met the $200M monthly threshold required of a Licensed Financial Consultant for at least three consecutive months to be considered
