North America Field Market Developer

The Field Market Developer is expected to generate revenue and profit.

? Responsible for commercializing new products and applications to both existing and new customers.
? Accountable for closing target accounts for key Window Programs.
? Must possess the business savvy to influence and gain alignment with both external and internal key decision makers, as well as all levels of the organization.
? Have an understanding of the client?s competition, industry trends, market forces affecting the business and product/application needs.
? Expand business at existing accounts by commercializing products and applications.
? Develop business at new accounts by commercializing products and applications.
? Explore new technology to reach outcomes that gain customer support and acceptance.
? Monitor customer and market to identify new product and application opportunities.
? Troubleshoot equipment and product problems with the customer to ensure proper usage. Provide field technical assistance during new customer startup operations.

Reqirements/Skills - ? 4-year college degree, with a preference for technical or marketing (or equivalent experience) required
? 3-5 years successfully proven experience in sales in an industrial environment required, marketing experience also valued
? Demonstrated experience in sales and prospecting required
? Management of large accounts/sell at high levels within organizations
? Proven experience in team leadership
? Experience with PC skills in Windows environment required, Prism and ACT preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Extensive travel
