In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, matching and placing Healthcare Professionals within our clients in the Healthcare industry. The Recruiter is responsible for the planning, execution, cultivation and monitoring of candidates. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2 years recruiting experience within the staffing industry. BA/BS degree is preferred. You must be able to hit the ground running as you will have the opportunity to work with current Kforce candidates and clients. You must know how to grow a territory and convey strong relationship building skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, with a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations. Must be self-motivated and self-directed as well as possess time management and organizational skills. In addition, you must be proficient in handling difficult negotiations with professionalism and respect, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
