OEM Inside Sales Representative

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? This position will have direct account bookings responsible for assigned accounts. (approximately $400K to $500K per quarter)

? Follow up on lead generation and qualification.

? Liaison activities between Outside OEM sales team and McAfee backend process in Plano, (rev rec, legal, support)

? OEM Market research projects as directed

? OEM Product research projects as directed

? Compilation of OEM customer survey

? Own McAfee OEM Web Site for updating accuracy

? OEM Customer liaison in joint marketing activities. Working with OEM?s on partner marketing events.

? Follow up with customers on miscellaneous actions

? Work closely with Legal in OEM contract maintenance

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

? 4 years inside/outside sales experience, proven time-management and account management skills.

? Excellent communication skills.

? Knowledge of security and network solution sales, includes customer needs assessment, solution identification, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

? Has extensive knowledge and experience of approval process flow within companies, including hands on experience working with various inter departmental teams such as sales management, revenue recognition, legal and contract compliance, credit, pre and post sales support, and operations

? Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products and services.

? Exhibits sound oral expression and comprehension, persuasion, negotiation, listening, inductive and deductive reasoning skills.

? Is methodical and detail oriented

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

Degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
