OUTSIDE SALES REP – ST. LOUIS AND SURROUNDING REGION

THE COMPANY

We are a GROWING Midwestern U.S.-based sub-prime automobile finance company. We provide a variety of sub-prime automobile financing programs to independent used car dealers in the Midwest and mid-south.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Outside Sales Rep needed for the St. Louis territory encompassing Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois.

The Outside Sales Rep for the St. Louis region will be responsible for establishing mutually profitable relationships with independent used car dealers throughout the St. Louis area including Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO. This is not an independent contractor position; all of our Outside Sales Reps are employees, eligible for all company benefits etc. Our Outside Sales Reps work out of home-based offices. Company-paid laptops, printers, fax machines, phone lines, etc. are provided.

Primary responsibilities include:

Introducing the company?s automobile financing programs to independent used car dealers throughout the St. Louis region

Generate monthly deal flow

Serve as the primary company contact for St. Louis region automobile dealers

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience serving independent used car dealers in the St. Louis area preferred but not required

Associates or Bachelor?s degree in sales, marketing or similar field

Two or more years outside sales or business development experience

Ability to work independently

Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency

Fluent in use of spreadsheet and word processing software and email

Outstanding sales, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel throughout assigned territory as required

Compensation is paid on a base plus commission basis.
