Position Description:

Purchasing is seeking a successful individual to drive and support all internet sales and internet revenue producing activities for Purchasing and Industrial Distribution websites. Candidate must demonstrate a strong history of success in:

> Internet advertising sales
> Revenue growth
> Making sales calls and closing business
> Prioritizing, managing and paying attention to detail


Qualifications:

Job responsibilities include:
> Meeting and exceeding revenue goals - selling and managing existing online inventory (website, email newsletters, webcasts, etc.)
> Developing new sales opportunities and training the sales team
> Day-to-day support to the existing sales team
>Campaign implementation workflow accuracy and process
> Some travel for customer meetings and presentations.
> Managing customer expectations, optimizing current campaigns and producing performance analysis

Sales experience in the publishing, purchasing and/or distribution markets is desirable, though not required. Experience in internet advertising or related is a must. Candidates must be professional, high achievers, competitive, proactive, self-motivated, excellent listeners, speakers and written communicators.
