Online Sales and Operations Rep

Possible extension to 6 month assignment
The candidate must have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and share our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our growing base of users throughout the world. Providing positive customer service experience by performing pre-sales and online sales support including but not limited to: answering phones and customer emails, processing orders, fulfilling customers' requests to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining customer database.  This role is the first human interaction point for all our customers.  First impressions are key.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:


1.  Telephones
a. Tier 1 Pre-sales technical support
b. Answer customers' service and related phone inquiries
c. Answer general pre-sales questions, identify and escalate any strong sales
opportunities
d. Troubleshoot technical and account questions and escalate bug reports
e. Outbound download follow-up calls, as assigned by sales managers
f.  Identify any recurring road blocks for customers in using the product and
provide feedback to sales and product managers
g. Back-up for receptionist on main phone line

 

2.  General Service Responsibilities
a. Process inbound sale orders
b. Maintain Sales tracking and reporting
c. Manage small firm sales not transacted on the web
d. Provide quotes for small purchases when requested
e. Process customer requests specific to converting & upgrading licenses
f. Communicate user feedback to engineering and product teams
g. Employ creative solutions to improve productivity, workflow, customer support, policy and procedures
h. Assist with testing of new products and ordering tools as needed
i. Other support functions as requested


3.Email Administration
a. Monitor and answer emails from SketchUp users
b. Create templates for consistent email responses
c. Ownership of general email inboxes

 

Requirements:
oBA/BS or equivalent
o2-3 years relevant business experience
oGreat interpersonal skills
oStrong attention to detail
oStrong time management skills
oAbility to complete large volumes of work quickly
oExceptional oral and written communication skills
oSignificant problem solving and analytical abilities
oCapacity to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment
oAbility to talk to senior level customers at small firms
oComfortable asking for a sale
oProven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
