Online Services Coordinator

CXO Media?s Online Sales Group has an exciting opening for an Online Account Services Coordinator. The Online Account Services Coordinator will act as a liaison between online sales, customers, the online account services team and finance. Responsibilities include: supporting sales initiatives by processing client paperwork/ contracts for the online sales team, preparing and maintaining accurate weekly tracking reports for all online campaigns which requires willingness to learn new technology & reporting systems and taking the lead on account services reports and projects. Job Requirements include: BA/BS Degree or equivalent, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong oral (including telephone) and written communication skills, ability to assimilate large amounts of diverse information quickly, ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines in a high transactional sales volume environment, excellent problem solving skills, demonstrated ability to work independently while in a team environment and a positive attitude. Prior experience in a sales environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT) are required.
