Optical Consultant - Eye Care Industry

Our growing and progressive Triangle based practice, Eye Care Associates, is seeking full time Optical Consultants in our busy Cary offices. Our practice is expanding and we are interested in adding to our already strong team. The primary focus of the Optical Consultant is to educate and assist patients in selecting their lenses and frames. Responsibilities include presenting and dispensing eye wear, including taking measurements, and educating patients on lens options. Will monitor sales and inform management on trends and purchases.

Prior optical experience is helpful, but not a requirement. Retail, sales, or service background is strongly preferred. We are willing to train the right person. Must be confidant, motivated, have stable work history and a strong sense of fashion and trends. An outgoing and service oriented personality is a must! Optical License is not required.
