Order Management Manager

Summary:

The Order Management Manager will act as Team Lead and supervisory level to meet customer demands on a consistent and qualitative basis.  They will direct the activities of order processing where accuracy and review are critical to the overall success of the business.  Interactions with various internal operating groups (Sales Op?s, ISR?s, Project Management, Finance and Sales) play a critical role in the success of this position.  Defining processes, managing associate compliance coupled with project planning are all factors that are integral to the success of this role. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:Sets employee and Supervisory performance standards for the department.Partner with IT to design/deploy system enhancements to ERP for improved agent efficiency.Understands operating tools (Oracle ERP, Oracles Sales CRM) and be able to train teams on expectations of usage.Understands web applications and interfaces.Responsible for creating and analyzing monthly deal reports for sales management, reconciliation with Finance and Sales.Responsible for ensuring all orders are booked within a 24-hour period from receipt of info from ISR Team.  Responsible for audit review of SO files to ensure files are accurate and clean for quarterly and yearly audits.Ensure all orders go through DPL (Denied Party List) screening prior to booking and shipment.  Attend daily Production meetings.  Supervise OM Team to ensure all relevant information regarding order status is obtained.Ensure OM Team relays updated status information to respective ISR?s.Responsible for collection of all new partner contracts for filing in OM area.Understands correct use of Contracts and basic Legal Terms and Conditions.Understands payment options and requirements in regards to order processing.Work closely with Finance on various credit and/or revenue recognition issues.Responsible for Customer Master information in Oracle ERP.  (Finance responsible for establishing credit terms and limits).

Requirements: Familiar with Oracle ERP systems.Familiar with Windows, Excel and WordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized with a strong attention to detail

Education and/or Experience:   Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.5+ years managing an Order Management Team.

Computer Skills:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ERP Systems, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
