JOB OVERVIEW
To process and distribute fax/web quotes, inquiries and orders with intent to increase customer base and sales volume in a manner that meets company objectives and promotes customer loyalty. Maintain required levels of accuracy, quote/call volume, customer satisfaction, MP and sales growth. Position will work 11:30am-8:00pm shift.
