Orlando Area Sales Professional - B2B - $90K+

We market an innovative and highly effective product/service that helps our customers communicate more consistently and effectively with employees regarding major business initiatives such as quality, productivity, customer service, reduced absenteeism, safety, etc.

Because of its widespread applicability, the service is sold to organizations of all sizes in all industries. Our client base is 7,000+ throughout the United States.

In order to further our growth, we are seeking a highly qualified salesperson that will have responsibility for direct sales in the Orlando area.

You will be paid draw versus commission and will have a realistic opportunity to quickly earn six figures plus (top Sales Professionals with the company earn in excess of $200K annually).

Territories are exclusive and protected (no territory cuts), there is no cap on earnings, and there is very low turnover among the company?s Sales Professional (average tenure for the company is 6 years plus). There is an existing customer base that the Sales Professional will inherit but the major focus of the position is new customer development. Corporate medical/dental benefits and 401(k) plans are a part of the package. Incentives and bonuses for top producers are standard.

For consideration, you must show at least the last five years of your experience being a successful sales producer (consistent top performance rankings) in direct business-to-business sales with a relatively short (1 to 3 call close) sales cycle. You must be a polished business professional with the energy required for a strong new business sales orientation, an absolute drive for top sales achievement (and income), and a desire for a very autonomous work environment (but with great backup, training and sales support). Microsoft Windows?/Office knowledge/proficiency.
