OrthoBiological Specialist (OBS)

IsoTis has established itself as a leader in the rapidly emerging field of orthobiologics (the use of biotechnology to treat musculoskeletal disease and injury). Our Company is becoming increasingly recognized throughout the industry and medical community.

Responsible for the overall training and direction of the sales functions and the entire range of sales.  Works with RSM to train and educate within specified territories. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:Support partnered independent sales distribution channels to identify and close new business opportunities in the region, works closely with independent sales distributors and key surgeons (includes operating room environment), educates surgeons, clinicians and distributors on proper use and procedure specific indications, conducts In-Services with independent sales distributors and hospital clinicians and,  promotes and sells IsoTis OrthoBiologics Products.Lead regional product/technology training activities for existing independent sales agent network.Identify and communicate market trends, opportunities and threats to the Regional Sales Manager and to V.P. of Sales and Director of Training.Organize and lead regions? new product roll-out activities in coordination with corporate training and marketing programs. Manage and Maintain a sample inventory of products.Provide technical/clinical assistance to Director of Training and Marketing as needed.

Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent team building interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

Understanding of Anatomy and Surgery

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clinicians (beneficial)

Experience in operating room and hospital environments (beneficial)

Able to travel up to 80%.

Territory includes: Arizona, Utah
