A small but growing professional services firm is expanding to Dallas and is searching for a very unique sales professional for a very unique opportunity. We are seeking an out-bound inside sales professional to: 1) educate prospects about the firm?s services; 2) conduct a needs-analysis regarding their most pressing areas of concern; 3) guide an audience through a sales presentation via the phone and through the web; and 4) facilitate in face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to close the deal.

 

The person must initiate dialogue with a target list of prospective client companies that have been pre-qualified as sales leads by the marketing organization through a variety of campaigns (email, direct mail, print, PR, etc.). By using consultative selling skills, this team member will be able to direct prospective clients through a series of qualifying questions to further gauge their need and competitively position the firm. The sales professional will make outbound calls to warm leads in addition to, at times, servicing inbound lead calls.

 

 

RequirementsExperience in outbound business-to-business product/service sales is a must! Work autonomously and comfortably in an entrepreneurial team environment Proven sales achievement at or above quota Ability to maintain accurate & timely sales database updates for sales activities Self-starter with personal drive, motivation and energy ? goal-oriented Superior phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to provide input for new marketing programs Strong time-management and organizational skills ? very prompt at following-up Excellent listening skills and a natural willingness to want to help Attention to detail relating to tracking, monitoring and measuring sales activities Natural comfort in building strong client rapport Ability to drive sales through targeted calls and facilitating presentations Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
