Outbound Sales Call Center Supervisor

Responsibilities:Coach/mentor/develop Direct sales professionals to increase productivity and effectiveness.Monitor and resolve any personnel or disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies.Use benchmarking metrics to evaluate and direct sales professionals? performance levels.Meet with each team member, at least monthly, to help set performance goals and make recommendations on what is needed to achieve those goals.Advise direct sales professionals, as needed, on complex sales scenarios.Receive and provide problem resolutions of escalated customer calls.Monitor, record, and evaluate calls for quality assurance, and ensures company guidelines are followed.Monitor sales professionals? computer usage and entries to assure compliance with company guidelines.

 

 

Requirements:Minimum Associates degree (A.A.), B.S./B.A. preferredStrong understanding of consultative selling methods, SPIN or Solution selling a plus.Strong business acumen.Experience in a metrics driven organizationStrong understanding of why and how customers buy.Direct to consumer sales experienceThe ability to convince us that you are the right candidate even though you may not have some of the above requirement qualifications.
