Outbound Sales Representative (2)

In these positions, you will make outbound calls to existing customers offering them a variety of products and support services.  Telephone calls are filtered through the predictive dialer. Up-selling customers and providing add-on services/products is a primary function.  You will be responsible for being knowledgeable of those products and their applications, and for demonstrating consultative selling techniques that lead to closing sales.  Your performance will be evaluated in areas such as revenue, units sold, customer contacts, quality call monitors and call times. You will be required to probe to uncover customer needs, handle objections with appropriate rebuttals, and utilize effective closing techniques.  You will be responsible for conversing with customers on the phone, accessing information in customer databases, articulating details of products/services and inputting detailed customer information. You will handle inbound calls on an as needed basis.  You will attend ongoing product & sales training sessions, team/company meetings and off-site quarterly sales awards dinners. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales experience.  Experience in a call center environment a plus. Experience using an auto-dialer is strongly preferred. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written skills. Proven leadership and team building skills required.  A Bachelor?s Degree is strongly preferred. Basic MS Office Suite computer skills and typing skills are required. Candidates must be self-starters, highly motivated, and have the proven ability to multi-task activities.
