Outside Account Executive - Central and Western U.S.

Outside Account Executive

We?re looking for two outside account executives, based in the Central U.S. and on the West Coast. This position prospects and sells loan origination software to new bank, credit union and mortgage company accounts. Position will meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned territory by promoting Dynatek products and services through the use of professional sales techniques, effective time and territory management and all other tools provided and required by Dynatek. The position reports to the VP of Sales. We are only interested in hearing from candidates that meet the requirements.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

Sales Process

-  Working closely with the account managers and inside sales team to promote Dynatek solutions in your territory

-  Managing the on-going relationship with existing clients in your territory

-  Learning, understanding and executing the principles of the Complex Sale and the Dynatek Sales Methodology

-  Controlling the sale and moving the sale forward

 

Qualification of Opportunities and Sales Leads

-  Identifying targets, managing territory, cold calling, prospect qualification, developing a thorough needs analysis of target opportunities

-  Performing secondary qualification of opportunities using our criteria for determining the value

 

Communication

-  Managing and recording all sales opportunities using company CRM database

-  Creating and customizing company written proposals to effectively position us and differentiate us in sales opportunities

-  Reporting statistics and status on sales opportunities to sales management on a weekly basis

 

Sales Revenue/Pipeline Management

-  Managing sales process of opportunities from initial presentation to close, achieving quarterly revenue goals based on pre-established sales quota

-  Forecasting quarterly sales revenue of sales opportunities

-  Maintaining an active and inactive pipeline of sales prospects using the company CRM database



 

Requirements:

-  Experience with mortgage/banking industry and solutions required

-  Bachelor?s degree preferred in related business/marketing/or business finance discipline

-  Minimum three to five years of direct sale experience with proven success and track record in exceeding performance objectives

-  Excellent and proven communication skills: written, oral and presentation

-  Comprehensive understanding of the complex sales process and the necessary information to move a sale forward

-  Must be able to travel overnight as necessary and attend all Dynatek sponsored meetings and industry tradeshows as required

-  Efficient personal productivity with the ability to manage and monitor individual results ? including excellent time and organization management, sense of urgency, customer focus, proactive nature, with strong initiative and high energy level with the desire to improve performance at all levels

-  Candidate will be expected to successfully complete a writing test, personal skills inventory, and presentation to senior management
