Key Systems, Inc. remains the world's leading provider of electronic key management and control systems. Markets include franchise automobile dealerships and non-commercial residential housing.
The successful candidate will spend time in the field cold calling, warm calling, demonstrating the system, following up, drafting proposals and closing deals. The prospect base will include existing customers and potential clients.
The outside sales position starts with an eight day product training course in College Station, Texas. Additional training with the regional manager is provided once you return to your territory.
The New York territory requires travel of 8 nights per month to cover the territory. Territory includes New York, Connecticut, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Ohio, Massachusetts, and Indiana.
Requirements:
Two years outside sales experience Self-motivation, a 'hunter' mentality Ability to work diligently without direct supervision Disciplined and aggressive Recent cold-calling experience High-end product selling preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel
