Our client is a Japanese owned tier one automotive supplier which is in need of a strong Japanese speaker who can carry out sales/customer service duties for their Dayton, Ohio operation.


Job Description
This position will allow you to make use of your Japanese language abilities in the context of a high tech state of the art facility. This is a great opportunity for those of you returning from studying or working in Japan to join on with an industry leader. Duties include:


Satisfy customers needs and address all issues)

Assist department manager by following up with customers needs through email, fax and phoning..

Take orders for product, confirm, verify information

Work to expand customer base


Requirements
We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:


Degree in Business or related field

Sales and or customer service experience in either Japan or the US

Must be willing to travel on a weekly basis by car and with 2-possibly 3 overnight stays per week

Possess a high level of spoken Japanese (JLPT Level 3 or higher)
