Outside Sales Territory Manager MRO

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to continue to drive growth in the Raleigh/Durham triangle area

BASE SALARY + Uncapped Commission Structure

With Hi-Line Corporation you will sell and deliver thousands of industrial maintenance (MRO) products from a work truck/utility van. It is from this mobile store that you will manage the business. Hi-Line provides a support that is second to none.

Job Description:
? Develop an effective network of clientele by strengthening existing client relationships and establishing new accounts. This means that you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting for new accounts in your specific territory, while developing account penetration strategies in existing customer base.
? Continuously maintain a close contact and strong rapport with clients
? Communicate on an as needed basis with Regional Manager in regards to sales

The successful candidate would possess the following:
? Minimum high school diploma
? 3+ years of outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment
? Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently, but with a Team concept in mind
? Must possess a high energy level
? Outstanding communication skills
