In the role of Sales Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and the sales department. Administrative support will include calendaring, data entry, expense reporting, meeting coordination/attendance and scheduling, minute taking and other support duties as needed. You will interact with co-workers while interfacing with a wide range of internal/external customers, and vendors. 

A snapshot of your departmental responsibilities includes performing the following:

o Preparing numerous sales reports
o Researching and collating competitive sales information
o Organizing meetings, special sales events and seminars/public relations promotions
o Plan, arrange, and coordinate schedules and travel arrangements
o Plan & document management
o Provide staffing and training for the sales force
o Sorting and distributing mail; ordering and maintaining supplies
o Word processing, presentation and database support
o Maintaining filing/retrieval system including retention/storage compliance
o Assist with standardized collateral duties 
(e.g., safety, intellectual property, asset management, housekeeping, training/education tracking,  budget tracking, etc.)



Required Skills: This position requires 3-5 years prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, prior supervisory experience superior PC skills with a high level of proficiency in Windows XP and Excel, excellent follow through skills to ensure completeness and thoroughness, high level of diplomacy, tact and judgment. Must have positive, proactive and flexible attitude toward work and responsibilities; also be a proactive team member with commitment to quality service and principles. Excellent composition skills with good grammar usage, punctuation and spelling required. Demonstrated ability to plan, arrange, and coordinate schedules and travel arrangements and follow through with organization, project management, and telephone skills.
Education Requirements: H.S. Diploma, Some college or A.A. Degree (preferred).
