Position Description

Come be part of an exciting and growing global organization. This is a permanent opportunity to put your sales and sales support skills to work! Manpower Professional is looking for Inside Sales Support Professionals who will assist Inside Sales and Field Sales in their day to day operations.

You will serve as the liaison between the inside sales and field sales reps, ensuring orders are entered and released. You will answer calls and e-mails pertaining to order status and shipment. You will monitor and track shipments to ensure prompt deliveries and interface with fulfillment organization, running backlog reports for members of the team. Additionally you will assist in packaging proposals, entering product and show kit loaner requests, as well as maintaining pricing approval letters and websites.

Position Requirements

All candidates must have solid computer skills and be able to quickly grasp the maneuvering through the order/sales system efficiently

Experience: Prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree with equivalent/relevant work experience, including on-line customer contact. Excellent oral/written communications and a strong working knowledge of computer programs (MS Word/MS Excel), navigation, and keyboard data entry. Familiarity with the PC Hardware/Technology industry a plus. Familiarity with SAP a plus.
