Part-Time Inside Sales Specialist

 

Burns & McBride, Inc., a leader in the oil delivery and HVAC service industry is currently accepting resumes for a Part-Time Inside Sales Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in New Castle, Delaware.

 

Previous sales experience in a call center environment in addition to strong negotiating and closing skills. Must be able to utilize available resources to demonstrate to the customer the benefits of establishing and/or maintaining a relationship with Burns and McBride. Must exhibit independent decision making skills and contribute to the achievement of the call center's goals. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to change.

 

We offer a compensation system that includes base salary and a financially aggressive bonus program. Successful In-bound Sales Representatives average between $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

 

Requirements Include:

?  Attaining individual and department sales goals.

?  Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when dealing with others.

?  Experience demonstrating skill using PC-based word processing and email software.

?  Ability and willingness to learn and retain departmental policies and procedures.

?  Must successfully pass a qualification test.

?  Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
