Part-time Food Merchandiser

Kraft Foods is looking for a Part-time DSD Food Merchandiser to join the top customer service team in the retail food industry. Responsibilities are to stock shelves, build displays and rotate merchandise for multi-temperature product lines at retail outlets in and around the metro Phoenix area. Food Merchandiser will team with Route Sales Reps to service and grow sales on assigned territories. High School Diploma/GED required. Top brand names in the industry including Oreo, Chips Ahoy, Premium, Wheat Thins, Digiorno, Tombstone and other Kraft brand names. The successful candidate will be dependable, motivated and able to perform sustained physical effort in a fast paced service environment. Candidate will also have proven experience in meeting workload requirements with timely efficiency. Join a sales organization with the most desired food products in the world!

Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Stocking shelves and building displays.
2. Properly rotate product through organized processes.
3. Backroom/Freezer inventory organization.
4. Ensuring Point of Sale material is placed on shelves
and displays.
5. Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule.
6. Establish and maintain a rapport with key store
individuals.
7. Team with Route Sales Rep to service store
accounts within workload requirements.
8. Identify and communicate individual store problems and
opportunities to the appropriate Kraft personnel.
9. Ability to work weekends and early mornings.

Miscellaneous:
Hours: 20-25 hrs/wk - mornings & weekends
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: $9.50/hr + DOQ,
mileage reimbursement
Mileage Reimbursement: 40 cents/mile
