- Manages and mentors counter employees
- Manages daily store operations
- Promotes sales of replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and
HVAC Contractors
- Specific responsibilities will include: customer service, sales performance, cost controls, inventory control, business strategy, new business development, staff development, asset management, marketing strategy and HVAC technical support



College degree preferred


- Ability to work well in a fast paced store environment (_2 (_2 (_2 (_2
- 7+ years HVAC industry experience (HVAC experience required)
- Excellent customer service and PC skills
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
