Pharma District Sales Mgr and Pharma Sales Specialists

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, has expansion openings in the Sarasota, FL area for a District Sales Manager (Jacksonville too), and in Tampa, Orlando, Ocala, Melbourne Gainesville, and Kendal, FL areas for Cardiology Specialist Reps and Endocrinology Specialist Reps.  The District Sales Manager is responsible for coaching, training, hiring, and executing on stated revenue goals.  The DSM comp is a salary of $90k-120k+33k/bonus, and the ideal candidate would need at least 2+ years of pharm sales management and 3+ years pharm sales experience.  The Cardio specialist will be calling on Cardiologists, Pulminologists, Allergists, ENTs and Peds, and the Endo Specialist will be calling on Diabetes Educators, Thought Leaders and Endocrinologists in the above areas promoting leading biotechs/pharmaceuticals. The Cardio Specialist compensation is as follows: Base salary ranging from $60-75k(DOE) + $30k@plan/uncapped bonus + stock options + company car+ full benefits and opportunity for advancement. Top Reps are earning $90k in bonuses alone!! For the Endo Specialist it is $50-70k+(DOE) + 23K @ plan, company car, full benefits, etc.  The ideal candidates would have a minimum of two years of biotech or pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably in Cardiology/Endocrinology Pharma/Biotech sales, but open) documented track record of success, top rankings, clean driving history and a willingness to take the next step in their biotech/pharmaceutical career!
