Pharmaceutical Hospital Sales Representative

Our client, is a division of one of the 10 largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the country and a leader in medicines to treat chronic disorders. They are expanding their sales force due to the success of several new drugs and have asked us to locate a new Hospital Sales Representative to sell their leading brands of prescription medicines to hospital pharmacies and staff physicians at hospitals in the Shreveport, Louisiana area.

The candidate we seek will have a 4 year degree and 2 or more years Pharmaceutical sales experience with a documented track record of success as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. Hospital Pharmaceutical sales experience is highly preferred, however it is not absolutely required; therefore our client will also consider candidates with strong track records in office-based specialty or primary care Pharmaceutical sales experience.

The successful candidate can expect to earn $71-106K or more based on a starting salary of $50-85K (depending upon experience) plus commission which adds $21K per year at goal, but is uncapped and could be much higher based on personal performance. In addition, you will receive a company car, an excellent benefit package, and high visibility for advancement to sales management in a company with a long history of promotion from within.
