Pharmaceutical Neuroscience Specialty Institutional Sales Representative

Our client, the Neuroscience Specialty pharmaceutical division of a Fortune 500 full line healthcare manufacturer, has asked us to locate a new Institutional Sales Representative to sell their leading brands of CNS prescription medicines to Psychiatrists, Neurologists at teaching hospitals and large metropolitan hospitals in the West Palm Beach to Melbourne, Florida area.

The candidate we seek will have a 4 year degree and 3 or more years Pharmaceutical sales experience with a documented track record of success as evidenced by stack rankings, reviews, awards and commendations. Experience selling to hospitals within the territory is absolutely required. Neuroscience Specialty sales experience is preferred and needed to qualify for the upper end of the salary range; however sales representatives with other specialty medicine sales experience may also be considered.

The successful candidate can expect to earn $92-135K or more based on a starting salary of $75-100K (depending upon experience) plus commission which averages $17-24K per year at goal, but is uncapped and could be as high as $35K or more based on personal performance. In addition, you will receive a company car, an excellent benefit package, and high visibility for promotion to management.
