Pharmaceutical Respiratory Specialty Sales Representative

Our client, the Respiratory Specialty division of an industry-leading Fortune 500 pharmaceutical manufacturer, is expanding their sales force due to the success of several new drugs. They have asked us to locate a new sales representative to sell these leading brands of prescription medicines to Allergists, Pulmonologists and other specialist physicians in the San Jose to Templeton, California area.

The ideal candidate will have a 4 year degree and 2 or more years pharmaceutical sales experience with a documented track record of success as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. Specialty pharmaceutical experience is preferred and experience selling to Respiratory specialists in the territory would be very helpful; however, our client will also give full consideration to a primary care sales rep who is ready to move up to a pure specialty position.

The successful candidate can expect to earn $70-97K or more based on a starting salary of $55-75K (depending upon experience) plus a bonus which adds $18-22K per year at goal, but could be higher based on personal performance.
