Axcan is seeking a compassionate, motivated and self-disciplined Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Des Moines, IA. This position requires approximately 40% overnight travel.? This position is responsible for professionally representing Axcan?s pharmaceutical products in specific niche markets to the medical community. They are also responsible for providing accurate company-approved product information and services with the goal of achieving sales growth in their respective territories.


Requirements are:



? Bachelor?s degree from accredited college or university (B.S. in chemistry, pharmacy, or other science preferred but not required)

? Two or more years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, two years B2B successful documented sales experience required

- Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation, initiative, independence, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to effectively interface and work cooperatively with individuals of all levels

? Willingness to accommodate 40%?overnight travel
