Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives
Eli Lilly and Company is a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company seeking qualified candidates for sales assignments throughout the United States. Our sales representatives are responsible for achieving sales growth in their respective territories.

Responsibilities Include:Conducting market analysis with a forcus on key growth areas, product/market trends, and key influencers Developing and executing territory business plan Coordinating efforts with territory partners in a self-directed team environment Establishing access to key customers, detailing with appropriate frequency Allocating resources and delivering special projects to maximize sales Accurately completing routine reports as required, and maintaining company equipment/supplies Attending frequent Meetings
Preffered Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant outside sales experience - client developmentMinimum 4 year college degree (required) Science, healthcare, and/or pharmaceutical background/experience is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills Moderate knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and products Some local travel required

Sales representatives identified as potential management candidates may have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of assignments (e.g., market research, sales training, product management, ect) at corporate headquarters and may advance to a career in sales and marketing management.
Requirements:
To qualify, a Bachelor's Degree is required with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0. Mandatory: Must complete Pre-Employment Screening through Eli Lilly's website and print out "successfully passed" screen and bring it with you. Additional education such as an MBA, Masters or Pharmacy degree is a plus. Ability to legally work in the U.S. without sponsorship from a company.
