Portion Sales Specialist

 

Empire Beef and Redistribution Co, Inc. of Rochester, NY is seeking a Portion Sales Specialist to travel and call on foodservice companies and their end user customers in the Carolina?s and Georgia.  This is a salaried position with periodic incentives, company car, approved business expenses, health benefits, vacation, 401k and more.

 

Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills.  Additional requirements include: 

?  Computer literacy (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word)

?  Broker management skills.

?  Proven demonstration skills on portion cut steaks, chops and roast.

?  Ability to open new accounts and penetrate existing accounts.

?  Overnight travel (average two nights per week).

?  Presentation skills

?  Self-motivation and strong work ethic. 

?  The ability to prioritize and manage your time and schedule effectively.

?  Foodservice Industry and business-to-business experience a plus.
