Rental Power Generation Equipment Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative you will achieve power rental sales plans for your territory. Key responsibilities include:

Develop business in assigned territory to achieve sales and business goals

Prepare itemized proposals and present to customers

Travel to and from customer sites to set-up and tear down equipment (load/unload cable, assure proper wiring of equipment, etc.)

Ensure the units are functioning properly through routine inspections and coordination of maintenance

Check equipment in and out. Count and document inventory.

Proactively support the Rental staff in a team environment to meet business goals

We are seeking candidates with a high energy level that are professional and dedicated to their customers.

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience in generators, engines and electrical principles

Basic experience in electrical design with the ability to read specifications and wiring diagrams

Computer skills

Education or experience in a related field

Negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lift up to 80lbs and pass DOT Medical Card physical

Valid driver?s license and acceptable driving record

Travel and some overnight stays are required

Proven ability to work safely in an environment with live voltage and where generators are operating.
