Practice Development Manager-Audiology

CITY: Southern CA STATE: California COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
*Increase use of CareCredit within the audiology customer base across the Western United States.
*Utilizing developed tools, grow audiology practices' patient financing business.
*Train new, large audiology practices in the CareCredit program. Implement tactics identified in the Business Plan. Attend conventions, tradeshows, and seminars as required.
*Responsible for customer service, new enrollments and strategizing with the customer to develop programs to increase usage.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Healthcare background.
*Ability to travel 60-70% of time.
*Able to work with minimal direction.
*Analytical thinker with excellent communication and sales and training skills.

Desired:
*Professional selling skills with emphasis on motivating others to take action.
*Working knowledge of doctor office environment, especially large group practices.
*BA/BS college degree.
