Print Account Manager

Responsibilities: Manage existing customer accounts with an emphasis to drive increased penetration and sales over the internet and phone. Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact primarily over the phone with on site visits as needed to drive sales. Review customer purchases and recommend purchase saving opportunities. Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals. Provide training to customers on internet features and functionality.
